Mid Century Ercol 305 Blond Tub Lounge Chair

From the 1980s and in fantastic original condition, this is the Ercol 305 tub chair with the Ercol gold badge of authenticity still present underneath.

First manufactured in the 1950s and still in great demand now for our modern retro homes, this timeless Windsor design combines comfort with a first-class finish a moulded elm seat and featuring a spindle back with angled arms and splayed tapering legs. Made from beech, ash and elm, the tub chair has been degreased, given a fresh coat of Danish oil and buffed to a shine, the chair is solid and sturdy with no evidence of damage or repairs and only minor marks and scuffs commensurate with age and usage, certainly nothing to disappoint!

The chair has a seat and back cushion but does not fix with poppers underneath but ties instead. The foam and fabric was recovered approximately a year ago ( not by us).

In most circumstances, we offer free hand delivery, contact-free, to most mainland UK addresses, either by ourselves or via our dedicated, trusted, couriers. This ensures that your purchases arrive in exactly the condition they were in when you purchased them, as accurately described on our site. You should expect delivery to be within 1 to 3 weeks of you placing the order. We will contact you directly with a firm delivery date and advise you in advance of a two hour delivery window. Free delivery does not apply to areas of mainland UK not covered by our trusted couriers - if this applies to your purchase, we will simply charge you what we are charged for delivery, less any Etsy fees, and notify you of this as soon a practicable after the sale goes through, giving you the option of a full refund.
 
We are able to package and export items beyond mainland UK and have done so as far afield as Hong Kong and New Zealand. We regularly export to Northern Ireland and Eire and the majority of Europe. Please contact us directly for a tailored quotation.
