Vintage Ercol Half Moon Drop Leaf Occasional Coffee End Table Model No 308

The Ercol 308 Occasional Half Moon Drop Leaf Table is where things start to get interesting!

A very desirable table, see it in situ and you might be forgiven for thinking it’s just a charming round coffee table (note, its proportions are around 10% less than the 142), a perfect addition to any mid century inspired modern home.

However, see the same table collapsed in half and placed alongside the wall and you see just how much space it can save, the table fold is actually slightly off-centre, but you get the idea! The fold-out mechanism underneath is also really satisfying to use, which is a nice bonus.

With its shape and the lighter hues of the blonde wood, this coffee table is perfect for smaller homes, the only problem is, they are becoming increasingly difficult to acquire - so grab one when you see one, basically!

Designed by Lucian Ercolani in the 1960’s for Ercol and part of the Windsor range, with original light finish, a small stylish round vintage table with a compact space saving drop leaf which can be folded down, enabling the table to be placed flat against a wall and used as a side table.

The table top is constructed from solid elm with stunning grain throughout, the legs are solid Beech and contrast beautifully with the top. It's in good vintage condition for its age and still retains the blue Ercol lable underneath.

Free delivery does not apply to areas of mainland UK not covered by our trusted couriers - if this applies to your purchase, we will simply charge you what we are charged for delivery, less any Etsy fees, and notify you of this as soon a practicable after the sale goes through, giving you the option of a full refund.
