SOLD! Vintage Ercol Beech & Elm Stickback Chair SOLD!

A great opportunity to purchase a fabulous Ercol chair, it has an elm seat and beech legs, perfect as a desk chair, or to fit in that space in the hallway, maybe that occasional emergency chair or to finish of an existing set. Presented in an original, lived in, unrestored way (which is the way I like it, not stripped or sanded, just honest!), the chair has had a good clean and has been oiled.

The chair stands 80cm tall, 41cm across and 37cm deep; the seat height is 44cm and the seat is 33cm by 38cm.

The chair has a shaped /moulded seat base with 4 central spokes and a narrow top bar, offering both functionality and design. The grain of the beech and elm compliment each other beautifully on this classically constructed chair.

There is general scuffing but nothing disturbing; it’s a solid and sturdy statement piece that speaks for itself!
