Red Retro 50s Formica Folding Kitchen Table

If your house or apartment simply does not have the necessary space for a large table at all times, then this compact retro red extending 50s formica kitchen/dining table gives you the perfect combination of space-saving design, beauty and durability.

Seating 1 - 4 persons, both leaves work independently from each other so could be used as a desk space up against a wall. This little red table has a really attractive patterned top and has retained good depth of colour and only light surface scratches, as I have tried to show in the photos. The rim around the edge does show some fading, but is still secure, there are gaps in this rim. The underneath of the table has been painted white at some point so I cannot see if there was any label or makers badge. The underside of the table shows some lifting but this does not show when the table is up and in use. Please see our photos.

The table stands on a metal white frame with metal bracket arms underneath to hold the side panels upright, both work independently from each other and are in perfect working order.

To be fair, this cute little table is in excellent vintage condition, a real credit to the manufacturer and its previous owners, just take a look at the photos!

The table legs have been refreshed with a coat of white spray paint and the black rubber feet have also been replaced, the table top has been thoroughly degreased, cleaned and polished.

Safely delivering items you purchase in a timely fashion is both our priority and also one of the most challenging aspects of our business.

Wherever possible, we try to offer free kerbside delivery, contact-free, to most mainland UK addresses, either by ourselves or via our dedicated, trusted, couriers. This ensures that your purchases arrive in exactly the condition they were in when you purchased them, as accurately described on our site. You should expect delivery to be within 1 to 3 weeks of you placing the order. We will contact you directly with a firm delivery date and advise you in advance of a two hour delivery window. 

Exclusions to free delivery apply, including where tolls or congestion zone fees apply, for which there will be an additional charge. 

Free delivery does not apply to locations a long way away from our location in Cambridge or to areas of mainland UK not routinely covered by our trusted couriers - if this applies to your purchase, we will simply charge you what we are charged for delivery, less any Etsy fees, and notify you of this as soon as practicable after the sale goes through.

We are able to package and export items beyond mainland UK and have done so as far afield as Hong Kong and New Zealand. We regularly export to Northern Ireland and Eire and the majority of Europe. Please contact us directly for a tailored quotation.

When ordering, please supply us with your mobile ‘phone number, so we may liaise directly with you regarding delivery. Please advise if there are any delivery restrictions that will apply (such as anything other than ground floor access, parking and access restrictions etc.).
