Relatively rare - this is a set of 4 Ercol iconic 608 Windsor vintage kitchen chairs, these could be described as the High back version of the more common everyday 391 utility Chair.

Taller than the 391 style; more like an Ercol Quaker in stature.

This chair was produced from 1970-1983 and was also known as the “Chiltern High Back Chair”. A curved horizontal seatback, 6 spindles rising from underneath a shaped elm seat with beech frames.

This set of four elegant Ercol chairs had been hidden away and forgotten in a garage for many years. Unloved and unused and already having had a couple of paint jobs.

In fantastic condition given their age with obvious signs of wear, chipping and dints but structurally sound. Happy to answer any questions and can provide more photos if required.

In most circumstances, we offer free hand delivery, contact-free, kerbside to most mainland UK addresses, either by ourselves or via our dedicated, trusted, couriers. This ensures that your purchases arrive in exactly the condition they were in when you purchased them, as accurately described on our site. You should expect delivery to be within 1 to 3 weeks of you placing the order. We will contact you directly with a firm delivery date and advise you in advance of a two hour delivery window. Exclusions to free delivery apply, including where tolls or congestion zone fees apply, for which there will be an additional charge. Free delivery does not apply to areas of mainland UK not covered by our trusted couriers - if this applies to your purchase, we will simply charge you what we are charged for delivery, less any Etsy fees, and notify you of this as soon a practicable after the sale goes through, giving you the option of a full refund.
 
We are able to package and export items beyond mainland UK and have done so as far afield as Hong Kong and New Zealand. We regularly export to Northern Ireland and Eire and the majority of Europe. Please contact us directly for a tailored quotation.
