Three MCM Solid Teak Danish Style Dining Chairs

A set of 3 MCM teak dining chairs, these have been newly reupholstered in a beige velour fabric, beautifully tactile and soft to the touch, also extremely comfortable, this is similar to the original fabric on the chairs when acquired.

This ladderback style of dining chair was covered by the majority of manufacturers from the mid century period, although we can find no branding on these three. There are clear 1960s Danish influences and some resemblance to the ladderback chairs designed by Niels Moller from the 60s.

The chairs are constructed from solid African teak (aframosia) and highlight a wonderful grain detail. This set are of quality construction, elegant and ergonomic, clearly in our opinion of Scandinavian style and design.

There are some scuffs and dints to the frames but only as you would expect from age and usage, but are solid and sturdy. Please take time to look at our photos as we feel they are an important part of the description.

The chair frames have been thoroughly cleaned and degreased then re oiled to enhance and protect, with the new textured upholstery they are now ready to enhance any modern dining space.

In most circumstances, we offer free hand delivery, contact-free, to most mainland UK addresses, either by ourselves or via our dedicated, trusted, couriers. This ensures that your purchases arrive in exactly the condition they were in when you purchased them, as accurately described on our site. You should expect delivery to be within 1 to 3 weeks of you placing the order. We will contact you directly with a firm delivery date and advise you in advance of a two hour delivery window. Free delivery does not apply to areas of mainland UK not covered by our trusted couriers - if this applies to your purchase, we will simply charge you what we are charged for delivery, less any Etsy fees, and notify you of this as soon a practicable after the sale goes through, giving you the option of a full refund.
 
We are able to package and export items beyond mainland UK and have done so as far afield as Hong Kong and New Zealand. We regularly export to Northern Ireland and Eire and the majority of Europe. Please contact us directly for a tailored quotation.

Please note that if we are unable to deliver on a pre-arranged day, you will be charged a flat fee of £50 for re-delivery.
