Square or Round?

A Mid-Century Modern Danish Teak Coffee Table from around the 1960s/70s.
The table is of square form with a circular smoked glass inset, having a second tier joined by stretchers attached to the legs.
With a solid teak structure and a smoked glass top, this is quite a heavy table; the magazine shelf/rack is hardwood with a warm teak grained veneer.
We have degreased and lightly sanded then re oiled to enhance and further protect the woods and wood veneers. The frame is solid and sturdy with no wobbles, although does show signs of wear from age and use; the glass top does have light surface scratches and a small chip underneath, this is not sharp and is hardly visible.

Please take time to look carefully at our photos as we feel they are an important part of the description, reflecting the most visible wear and tear.

This is one of the first of this particular shape I’ve had in, unsure of the maker and no visible marks or stickers. Certainly Danish in style, quality craftsmanship and an extremely attractive well sized Mid Century coffee table.

You should expect delivery to be within 1 to 3 weeks of you placing the order. We will contact you directly with a firm delivery date and advise you in advance of a two hour delivery window. Free delivery does not apply to areas of mainland UK not covered by our trusted couriers - if this applies to your purchase, we will simply charge you what we are charged for delivery, less any Etsy fees, and notify you of this as soon a practicable after the sale goes through, giving you the option of a full refund.
 
We are able to package and export items beyond mainland UK and have done so as far afield as Hong Kong and New Zealand. We regularly export to Northern Ireland and Eire and the majority of Europe. Please contact us directly for a tailored quotation.

Please note that if we are unable to deliver on a pre-arranged day, you will be charged a flat fee of £50 for re-delivery.
