A matching pair of 1970s midcentury bedsides by John and Sylvia Reid for Stag Furniture.
Nice and low, this pair fit perfectly as classic vintage bedsides but would work well in a modern living space also as end or coffee tables.
This pair are from the Minstrel Range and comprise of a deep lower drawer with original brass coloured hoop handles and above a large open shelf area providing lots of useful storage.
Manufactured from the mid 1960s I believe these are made from Makore, African cherry wood and is a beautiful deep mahogany colour.
In extremely good vintage condition with very minor wear, the worst I can find are extremely fine scratches to the top surfaces!
Normally these pieces you see painted but these were in too good a condition, particularly as we also acquired a matching chest of drawers - this is listed separately but happy to discount for a combined purchase, just messaged us beforehand!
The cabinets have been thoroughly cleaned and re-polished to bring out the beautiful mahogany glow!

Our Delivery Policy
Safely delivering items you purchase in a timely fashion is both our priority and also one of the most challenging aspects of our business.
In most circumstances, we offer free hand delivery, contact-free, to most mainland UK addresses, either by ourselves or via our dedicated, trusted, couriers. This ensures that your purchases arrive in exactly the condition they were in when you purchased them, as accurately described on our site. You should expect delivery to be within 1 to 3 weeks of you placing the order. We will contact you directly with a firm delivery date and advise you in advance of a two hour delivery window. Free delivery does not apply to areas of mainland UK not covered by our trusted couriers, or for low value items - if this applies to your purchase, we will simply charge you what we are charged for delivery, less any Etsy fees, and notify you of this as soon a practicable after the sale goes through, giving you the option of a full refund.
We are able to package and export items beyond mainland UK and have done so as far afield as Hong Kong and New Zealand. We regularly export to Northern Ireland and Eire and the majority of Europe. Please contact us directly for a tailored quotation.
When ordering, please supply us with your mobile phone number, so we may liaise directly with you regarding delivery. Please advise if there are any delivery restrictions that will apply (such as access, parking restrictions etc.).
Please note that if we are unable to deliver on a pre-arranged day, you will be charged a flat fee of £50 for re-delivery.
