Vintage G Plan Gaming Chair

A mid century mobile armchair, probably from the 70s. Whilst gaming was not a leisure activity back then, this is a perfect choice for the collector of mid century furniture but requiring seating for a modern sport.
This chair was described by G Plan as “the most comfortable armchair you will ever sit in !” Danish inspired and super stylish, known as the saddle back, this chair is completely original, a stunning teak frame and the original green smooth velvet/velour fabric. There are no rips or tears and the buttons are all firmly intact. The whole chair glides easily on hard floors and on carpet, this chair is in great vintage condition, there are the usual marks commensurate with age and use of a vintage piece, with the worst thing to note the foam in the arms has started to separated inside the fabric (we have tried to show this in the photos).

This armchair chair from the top British brand G Plan has been steam cleaned with the wood and wood veneers degreased and re oiled; it is now ready for a fab new home!

Please note this piece is an original vintage item being sold in original condition therefore will not meet the current (1988) fire regulations.

In most circumstances, we offer free hand delivery, contact-free, to most mainland UK addresses, either by ourselves or via our dedicated, trusted, couriers. This ensures that your purchases arrive in exactly the condition they were in when you purchased them, as accurately described on our site. You should expect delivery to be within 1 to 3 weeks of you placing the order. We will contact you directly with a firm delivery date and advise you in advance of a two hour delivery window. Free delivery does not apply to areas of mainland UK not covered by our trusted couriers, or for low value items - if this applies to your purchase, we will simply charge you what we are charged for delivery, less any Etsy fees, and notify you of this as soon a practicable after the sale goes through, giving you the option of a full refund.
 
We are able to package and export items beyond mainland UK and have done so as far afield as Hong Kong and New Zealand. We regularly export to Northern Ireland and Eire and the majority of Europe. Please contact us directly for a tailored quotation.
