Four McIntosh MCM Dining Chairs Newly Upholstered

Expertly made by McIntosh, this a sophisticated, stylish set of four, extremely comfortable, 1970s ladder back designer dining chairs.

This set clearly shows the Scandinavian influence of that period. The sleek-lined, solid teak wood frames, gently tapering rounded front legs and curved sculpted ladder-back slats and top bar, which can be really appreciated from the side view and up close. These ergonomic chairs are rare and give oodles of Scandinavian refinement, a touch of retro 70s WOW and comfort with their newly upholstered black suede like cushioned seat pads.

Whilst there is no makers mark just a few numbers and stamps, research and photos of these chairs from catalogues and other sellers leads me to believe they are McIntosh.

All four chairs have been degreased, lightly sanded and re-oiled, all chairs are solid and sturdy however, as with all vintage items some minor wear marks should be expected, please look carefully at the photos as these form an important part of our description.

There is new, professional, upholstery on all four chair pads, which has been scotch guarded to help protect.

In most circumstances, we offer free hand delivery, contact-free, to most mainland UK addresses, either by ourselves or via our dedicated, trusted, couriers. This ensures that your purchases arrive in exactly the condition they were in when you purchased them, as accurately described on our site. You should expect delivery to be within 1 to 3 weeks of you placing the order. We will contact you directly with a firm delivery date and advise you in advance of a two hour delivery window. Free delivery does not apply to areas of mainland UK not covered by our trusted couriers - if this applies to your purchase, we will simply charge you what we are charged for delivery, less any Etsy fees, and notify you of this as soon a practicable after the sale goes through, giving you the option of a full refund.
 
We are able to package and export items beyond mainland UK and have done so as far afield as Hong Kong and New Zealand. We regularly export to Northern Ireland and Eire and the majority of Europe. Please contact us directly for a tailored quotation.
